If you are feeling desperate, the Samaritans are always there for immediate help
Drug or Alcohol problems?
The Forward Trust are specialists in this difficult area, and can really make a difference
I have problems of debt, housing etc
The Citizens Advice service is always very helpful, even when you feel you are drowning in issues
